All prices are listed in CAD. Current turnaround time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks prior to shipping. Due to high volumes and busy carriers delivery times may be delayed.

FAQ


How accurate is your sizing?

Sizing is based on average head circumference measurements.  It is recommended that you measure the head circumference using a soft measuring tape and select based on those measurements rather than selecting the age average alone.  

 How do I wash my crochet/knit items?

Spot cleaning or hand washing is recommended then lay flat to dry.  Do not get the faux fur pom wet!

What type of yarn do you use?

The majority of our knit and crochet items are made with a wool blend yarn (a lamb's wool + acrylic blend).  The listing will state what type of yarn is used.

Our Luxe Line is made with 100% Merino Wool or Peruvian Highland Wool - please read the listing carefully to see what type is used.

I live locally - can I pick up my items?

I currently do not offer any local pick up services.

Are your items really handmade?

I make all the items myself including the faux fur poms!  Be assured that each item is made with much detail and care. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please refer to the header announcement to see the current turnaround time for custom orders.  Ready to ship orders will ship within 3-5 business day from purchase unless custom orders were purchased during the same checkout.  In that event, ready to ship items will ship along with the custom orders based on the current turnaround times found in the header announcement.

Does my shipped order include tracking?

All parcels shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and come with a tracking number.  You will receive this information with your shipping notification email.  The majority of United States orders will be shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number.  You will receive this information with your shipping notification email.  International orders do not come with a tracking number.  

I don't live in Canada - will I be charged duty or taxes?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product I do accept returns. If this happens, please contact me at info@seatoskydesigns.ca within 3 days of receipt and return the package at your cost and I will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fees.  Patterns/Instant Downloads are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos. I try very hard to accurately represent my product through photographs and description however the colour of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another.
